Terms and Conditions of Use

This computer system, including all related hardware, software, networks and services are provided for authorised use ONLY, and only where the user or the user's organisation has entered into RiskFirst's Electronic Access Terms and Conditions (the "EAT", a current copy of which is available from the RiskFirst Helpdesk).

By continuing, you confirm that you are either a Customer or an Authorised Person (within the meaning of the EAT) and that you will comply fully with the EAT as they apply to you.

This computer system may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including but not limited to ensuring that its use is authorised, management of the system, to protect against unauthorised access, and to verify security procedures, availability and operational security.

Monitoring includes active attacks by authorised personnel and their entities to test or verify the security of the system. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorised purposes.

All information including personal information, placed on or sent over this computer system may be monitored. Use of this computer system, authorised or unauthorised, constitutes consent to monitoring.

Unauthorised use may result in:

• you or your organisation being in breach of the EAT;
• your organisation's future access to this computer system being discontinued
• you or your organisation being subject to civil (including copyright and intellectual property) action or criminal prosecution.

Evidence of any such unauthorised use collected during monitoring may be used for administrative, criminal or other action.
